What's Link Solver?

It's a link resolver tool.
It allows you to connect a document to the full text, regardless of the source from which you search. The resource should be in open access or in subscription. Link solver is based on the OpenURL standard, that allows to recognize a resource in an unique way , and to identify the access.

So, from any source you are making the search (because in subscription or in open access), link solver offers the connection to the full text.

Access

1) To make a search on a database.
2) Click on:    of the resource

When and why to use a link resolver tool?

  • When the user doesn't know which platform contains the source.
  • When the user discoveres an interest in a source during the search.
  • Because, from any platform, you can acceed to the full text resource.

Who are the users?

  • Users are persons who aren't get used to query the electronic searches sources.
  • Users who are get used to make the search using the same platform.
